We had a great group of prospective buyers drop by our Waverly new home community in West Covina, California, for the Dusty Shoe Tour weekend Nov. 16-17.
Great weather and everyone enjoyed the models plus the tour of the home sites.
All are very anxious for pricing to be released and hopefully enter into contract by year’s end. Move in dates are estimated for spring 2014.
