Developer Brandywine Homes plans to host a grand opening for a new residential development Saturday in Norwalk.

Called Castella, the 21-townhome development is located to the south of Gerdes Park, and residences have advertised sales prices beginning at the low $400,000s. Castella’s two-story homes range in size from a two-bedroom plan with about 1,100 square feet of space to three-bedroom plans with nearly 1,500 square feet of space.

Brandywine, which has offices in Irvine, has previously developed two other townhome communities in Norwalk, Citrine and Sunstone, with 16 and 31 townhomes respectively.

Castella’s sales offices are located at 11042 Excelsior Drive.
