Five new Brandywine Communities coming to Southern California

New townhome communities from Brandywine Homes are coming to north Orange County as well as Los Angeles County. Villena in Placentia will be a new community of 26 three-four bedroom townhomes with residences spanning between 1,530-1,755 sq. ft. In nearby Fullerton, Arletta will have 33 townhomes/flats ranging from 1,108-1,491 sq. ft. in this gated community. In Carson, Upton will consist of 36 new townhomes with 2-4 bedroom floor plans. In Norwalk, Carlow will have 27 new townhomes with some plans including live/work units. Carson Landing will be a large gated community consisting of 175 townhomes/flats. Pricing and official grand opening dates for all new communities are yet to be determined.
