Brandywine Homes unveiled plans for a 34-unit rental property consisting of both townhomes and flats located on 1.1 acres at Hope St and Westminster Ave in southern Garden Grove. It will be the second multifamily development for Irvine-based Brandywine, which has typically been a developer of single-family infill projects. Designed by LSA Architecture, the new property will consist of 12 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom townhomes and flats ranging from 771 SF to 1,226 SF.
