Brandywine Homes: A Commitment to Quality and Integrity

Would you like to know more about Brandywine Homes, what we stand for and how we work? We are happy to share that information with you!
Who We Are
Brandywine began in 1994 with a mission to take existing sites no longer useful and transform those sites into communities of single family attached or detached homes that boast sustainable living, comfort and affordability for home buyers while complementing the aesthetic of the area that surrounds them. We start from the ground up, doing the acquisition, entitlement and development ourselves. This requires strong partnerships with local planning departments and redevelopment agencies to fully understand the intricacies of each unique area that we work within so we can tailor each project to be a dove-tail fit with its market.
While other homebuilders sought to pursue new and big projects in outlying markets, we stuck with what we know: the great, already developed and often overcrowded cities of Southern California, which have pockets of underutilized space that need revitalization. While we regularly work to grow and improve through a changing and evolving marketplace – and are ready to quickly revamp and revision a project if the needs require it – our mission has remained unchanged.
Throughout the decades since our inception, Brandywine has remained a family affair that has survived the recession and all the rises and falls ever since, and has grown into one of the strongest mid-sized homebuilding companies in the state. We have doubled in size in just a matter of a few years, and alongside our partners, we have created more than 25 communities and nearly 800 homes in a dozen cities across the region.
Why We Do What We Do
Families have remained in cities throughout Southern California for generations. It is not at all unusual to find individuals who have spent their lives in the same community where their parents and even grandparents grew up. These places are where they live and work; what they know. This is home.
At the same time, these cities have aged. A site that once featured a mall, church or hotel loses its viability in the community after so many years and eventually falls into disrepair. Brandywine sees those places as an opportunity to introduce the latest trends in sustainable comfort and provide modern living options at a price point that is attractive to the residents who already consider that city their home. It’s the best of both worlds: something familiar and something brand new.
We seek to instill and maintain pride in the areas where we work by offering quality craftsmanship, integrity, and service while respecting and honoring the facets that make every city and every neighborhood, unique.
Our Reputation
Stanton Mayor Pro Tem credited the public-private partnership between the City of Stanton and Brandywine Homes as one of the primary factors behind the revitalization of Stanton’s residential neighborhoods, following the development of Renaissance Plaza – a 10-acre pedestrian-friendly project that consolidated a patchwork of properties into a community of needed homes. The president of the Cardiff Glen Homeowners Association praised Brandywine Homes’ commitment to meeting its obligations to homeowners and keeping open and consistent communication throughout the development of Cardiff Glen, a 28-home project in an environmentally sensitive area.
These are just two examples of the quality of work and service we provide. The long-term partnerships we have grown and fostered over the years with investors, governmental entities and landowners rely on our ability to earn trust and confidence, and that is something we take very seriously.
