Brandywine Homes Breaks Ground on Saddle Creek, a 9-Acre Community with 28 Single-Family Homes in San Dimas, Calif.

First New Neighborhood in Years Bringing Much-Needed Housing to Underserved San Gabriel Valley

SAN DIMAS, Calif. Brandywine Homes has broken ground at Saddle Creek, a 9-acre community that will offer 28 single-family homes in San Dimas, Calif. The new neighborhood is expected to open for sale in late 2018.

“For the first time in years, San Dimas will have a beautiful, family-friendly new-home neighborhood,” said Dave Barisic, principal in charge of sales and marketing for Brandywine Homes, a pioneer of infill development in Southern California. “The good news for Saddle Creek homebuyers is the community will have no Melo Roos, so overall tax rates will remain low.”

The detached, single-family homes at Saddle Creek will range from approximately 2,700 to 3,700 square feet and feature designer finishes, gourmet kitchens and impressive master suites. The lots will range from 7,600 to 13,100 square feet, provide a highly desired single story floorplan, and will have capacity for RV/boat storage in the side yards.

Saddle Creek is located at 811 N. San Dimas Avenue in San Dimas. Nestled into the eastern San Gabriel Valley and surrounded by the scenic San Gabriel Mountains, San Dimas is a tight-knit community with excellent parks and recreational facilities and public schools. Claremont Colleges, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and the University of La Verne are nearby, and Los Angeles is a 30-minute drive.  More information and community updates can be found at www.saddlecreeksandimas.com.
