Phase Five of Century Village Townhomes Now Open for Sale

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. – Brandywine Homes, one of Southern California’s most successful infill developers, has completed construction on the fifth phase of Century Village – a 53-unit townhome community located in Garden Grove, Calif.

The eight townhomes are available for sale and are expected to go quickly, as did the earlier phases. All homes in phases one (nine townhomes), two (eight townhomes) and three (10 townhomes) have been sold and all but one home in phase four (seven townhomes) has been sold.

Currently, Brandywine Homes has sold 33 homes out of 53 at Century Village since its grand opening in January 2012.

The Century Village site is located in the heart of Garden Grove’s civic center, adjacent to historic Main Street. The new community, located on the west side of Taft Street between Century Boulevard and Garden Grove Boulevard, is designed to appeal to both first-time and move-up homebuyers. There are four distinct floor plans to choose from with sizes ranging from 1,705 square feet to 2,247 square feet. The townhomes are selling in the low-$400,000 range.
“This community is extremely successful due to its modern design and prime location,” said Brandywine’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing David Barisic. “The majority of Century Village units are four bedrooms with open floor plans, which is conducive to family gatherings.”
More than 20 percent of Century Village units feature a three-car garage – a generous amenity in any townhome community – and all units will have front porches and balconies. There is a community park just beyond the entrance with an aesthetic water feature, sitting areas and green space for the residents’ use.
“Century Village buyers are seeking homes with close freeway access, proximity to a variety of neighborhood events and amenities, and who have a desire to live in a well-established community with award winning schools,” said Barisic.
