Brandywine Homes To Expand Development Pipeline and Geographic Reach In Southern California

New Brand Identity and Website Launched to Reflect the Company’s New Goals for Growth
IRVINE, Calif. – June 20, 2011 – Brandywine Homes has developed a new brand identity and launched a complementary website, www.brandywine-homes.com, that more accurately reflects its reputation as one of Southern California’s most active and successful infill developers and homebuilders.
Both before and during the recession, the Irvine-based company built and sold an average of 50 new homes a year, primarily in Orange County. Brandywine’s new business plan for the recovery calls for the development of communities across Southern California that will encompass between 200 and 250 new homes annually.
“We’re actively raising money and building news homes, in fact, we never stopped,” said Brandywine President Brett Whitehead. “But as the market recovers, we plan to take advantage of the next homebuilding cycle by growing substantially and expanding our reach geographically. We’re looking toward the future and wanted a fresh brand to carry the company through the next 20 years.”
The company’s new brand foundation is based on the concept of “Building Together for the Next Generation,” a metaphor for rebuilding older cities, providing new home options in established neighborhoods, integrity in partnerships and preserving resources.
“Our specialty is working closely with established communities to revitalize blighted areas and convert underused properties into desirable new housing – and that won’t change,” said company founder and CEO Jim Barisic. “Our brand embraces this mission. It’s also fresh, upbeat and contemporary with a genuine openness that people expect from a dependable family-owned business.”
In addition to a new logo, website and business identity package, Brandywine created a 26-page brochure introducing the company’s new image that can be viewed or downloaded by clicking here.
