Garden Grove Townhome Project Launched

Earth moving machines are nearly finished preparing a 2.7-acre site for townhomes in Garden Grove’s Century Triangle across the street from Costco.
The 53-unit Century Village is the first sign of life for a central Orange County parcel that’s seen proposals come and go, much to the chagrin of frustrated city leaders.
“We’re almost done with grading,” said Brett Whitehead, president of project developer Brandywine Homes of Irvine.
