Is Seabright Near A Starbucks?

However, just as important as the construction and physical appearance of any residential property that you buy is its location. In particular, a recent report on CNBC stated that when a Starbucks enters a neighborhood, property values soar. It revealed that from 1997 to 2014, homes throughout the country have appreciated an average of 65 percent. In that same time, homes located near the coffee franchise have gone up by 96 percent.

The reason for the price hikes should be fairly obvious if you like coffee. You want to live near the conveniences you’ve come to expect from daily life. Lucky for you, Seabright is within one mile of four Starbucks. So you have your choice of where to go for your morning pick-me-up before work. Just based on location alone, it’s a safe bet that your housing investment will pay higher dividends in the future.

In fact, the location of the community is nearly ideal. You’ll enjoy the peace and quiet of a Southern California suburban neighborhood. You’re about two blocks from Pomona Elementary School, so your kids can easily walk there through well-kept and tree-lined sidewalks. You’re also near the modern conveniences that supply your daily necessities. Pick from almost a dozen grocery stores within a mile. You can do most of your grocery shopping at the warehouse-like Smart-and-Final or the well-stocked Vons, buy fresh fruits and vegetables at Growers Direct, find all kinds of drinks at BevMo, or search for exotic specialties at Trader Joe’s or Mother’s Market.

As for the action of a big city, The Triangle is less than a mile a way. Even though the complex has ample parking, the walk to it takes only 13 minutes. This entertainment facility can occupy your evenings and weekends with a sports bar, cocktail lounge, Mexican restaurant, dance club, sushi restaurant, and multiplex theater. There’s even a 24-Hour Fitness so you can work off all that food and drink.

Costa Mesa Playhouse is only two blocks from where you live. It’s been home to dramas, comedies, and musicals for over 40 years. Just over one block south is an outlet of the California’s favorite burger chain, In-n-Out. And almost just as far is a DMV Office, so you don’t have to take your car to get a driver’s license.

If you need to commute to work, the entrance to the 55 Freeway is only five minutes away. That freeway can take you to northern Orange County or to the 405 or 5, which heads for Los Angeles. Want to get away from it all? The entrance is also where the freeway turns into Newport Boulevard. Aside from being lined with boutiques and eateries, the thoroughfare leads to Newport Beach, which boasts a marina for parking your boat, and golden sands that front the Pacific Ocean.
