Brandywine Homes will hold a grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 26 for Olivia, a Duarte community with 25 three-story townhomes.

The development, at 956 Huntington Dr., will feature three- and four-bedroom tri-level units ranging from 1,773 to 1,913 square feet. Two model homes will be open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dave Barisic, Brandywine’s principal in charge of sales and marketing, said the homes have “something for everyone,” including beautiful views of the San Gabriel Mountains, access to local jobs and schools and community open space with barbecues and picnic tables.

All floorplans include bedrooms with connected bathrooms on the first floor, and one plan includes a second-story deck. Gourmet kitchens include islands, granite countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and traditional or walk-in pantries.

Founded in 1994, Irvine-based Brandywine Homes is a family-owned and operated company that has built or developed nearly 60 small- and mid-sized infill communities totaling $1.1 billion in revenues.
