Yahoo! Finance: “Brandywine Homes Holds Grand Opening at Lotus Court, a 13-Townhome Community in Monrovia”

Brandywine Homes will hold a grand opening celebration on Saturday, August 27, at Lotus Court, a .74-acre community offering 13 townhomes on Duarte Road near Station Square, a newly revitalized transportation hub in Monrovia, Calif. Model homes will open at 10 a.m., and the event will feature live music, catered food and refreshments.

“This is a one-of-a-kind chance to own a new home in Monrovia,” said Dave Barisic, vice president of sales and marketing at Brandywine Homes, a pioneer of infill development in Southern California. “Lotus Court offers the best of both worlds, an easy commute and the charm of one of San Gabriel Valley’s most unique cities.”

Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Lotus Court offers Spanish Colonial-inspired three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1,558 to 1,722 square feet with spacious floor plans, full side-by-side garages and designer finishes including gourmet kitchens and retreat-inspired master suites.

The stucco, three-story townhomes with tile roofs were built around an existing historic landmarked home on the site. Most units have private rear yards, and the development includes a central recreation area. Lotus Court is walking distance from the new Monrovia Gold Line Station and Transit Village and just minutes away from Old Town Monrovia. Prices start from $559,990 to $615,990.
